Where your QR codes go

What to print them on

  • Heavy paperFor the tables. Make it matte: phones can't read the code through glare.
  • Acrylic stand or picture frameStands up and won't blow away.
  • Foam boardFor the big sign at the entrance, on an easel.
  • StickerFor the bathroom mirror and anywhere nothing can stand.

So people actually use it

A guest films the toast from her table on her phone
  • At eye level and a good size. At least 5 cm (2 in) per side on the tables and 20 cm (8 in) at the entrance.
  • Keep light from hitting it head-on. Test it with your camera from a chair, with the event lights on.
  • Ask your MC to mention it once. Something like: “The QR is on your table. Upload your photos there.”
  • Send the link to the WhatsApp group too. Not everyone scans.

Two glasses for your menu

It's the Brinddi toast as a still image. Put it on the menu, the invitation or the sign at the gift table. Both versions are 1200 px wide: the transparent one goes on light paper and the other already has the dark blue background.
